Your Order Cancellation Rights

We Are Selling Different Type of products like clothes etc, so user can cancel their order before dispatch. but before cancellation user must provide a valid reason to cancel the product. in order to cancel order user must contact us via live chat, phone number, email or whatsapp. all the contact information is provided in contact us page.

Conditions for Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 2 days. and You Are a Active User (not Blocked due to Our Term of service violation).
  • if we sent you wrong item
  • if we sent you detective item
  • Problem from our end.
  • item not delivered to you and returned to us

Refund Condition

  • 1. The item should be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • 6. For clothing and apparel items, they should be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • 7. Personalized and custom-made items cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • 8. Certain perishable or consumable items, like food products or cosmetics, are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless found to be defective.
  • 9. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except in instances where the item delivered was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • 10. Refunds will be processed within 20 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • 11. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
  • 12. If the item was purchased through a third-party seller or marketplace, their refund policies will apply.
  • 13. Video Proof of unboxing is essential.
